By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Our Services (Important)
Fair Med Connect is a medical tourism coordination and facilitation service only. We do not provide:
Medical diagnosis
Medical treatment
Surgical procedures
Clinical decision-making
All medical services are delivered exclusively by independent third-party healthcare providers. We act only as an intermediary and coordinator.
3. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent)
Provide accurate personal, medical, and travel information
Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
4. Services Provided
We may assist with:
Connecting you with hospitals, clinics, and specialists
Scheduling medical consultations and procedures
Travel and accommodation coordination
Medical document transmission between parties
General support throughout the medical tourism process
5. Medical Disclaimer (Critical Clause)
You acknowledge and agree that:
All medical decisions are made between you and licensed healthcare providers
We do not guarantee medical outcomes or success of treatment
We are not responsible for diagnosis, treatment plans, or clinical outcomes
You are responsible for seeking independent medical advice if needed
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide complete and truthful medical history
Follow instructions of healthcare professionals
Comply with visa, immigration, and travel requirements
Ensure you are medically fit for travel and procedures
Cover all agreed costs on time
7. Fees and Payments
Service fees will be disclosed before confirmation
Payments must be made in full or as per agreed schedule
Prices for third-party medical and travel services are set by providers
We may charge coordination, administrative, or facilitation fees
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the following conditions:

Service/coordination fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
If no work has begun, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion
8.2 Third-Party Costs
Hospital, clinic, airline, and accommodation fees are subject to third-party refund policies
We are not responsible for refunds issued or denied by third parties
8.3 Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing
Cancellation fees may apply depending on progress of services
Late cancellations may result in full charges already incurred

Doctors and surgeons
Travel agencies and insurers
We are not responsible for:
Medical negligence or errors
Service delays or cancellations
Financial disputes with third parties
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for medical outcomes or complications
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for coordination services
11. Travel & Medical Risks
You acknowledge that medical tourism involves risks including:
Travel disruptions
Medical complications
Differences in healthcare standards between countries
Recovery requirements abroad
You accept full responsibility for these risks.
12. Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Australian privacy principles.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
You provide false or misleading information
You breach these Terms
Required by law or regulatory authorities

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
